Many thanks to Fred Giasson, Niklas Lindström, and others for their kind advice in developing the university ontology.

I've made some changes--renamed 'CourseManifestation' to 'CourseInstance' to avoid confusion with the FRBR vocabulary and added studiesPlace and studiesAgent properties for CourseInstances. I'm still struggling a bit with precise ranges for some of the properties. Hopefully I will have time soon to attack that issue in some detail.

Best Prectice Recipes of Publishing RDF Vocabularies also came just in the nick of time, and hopefully I'll also have time to put that excellent guidance into practice soon.

In the meantime, I also created a project page here. I'll be updating the rdf file there with the latest versions as I go along.
